Legends Winter Springs

I recently relocated out of state for a job and was fortunate to come across this wonderful apartment complex. From the very beginning, the management team went above and beyond to accommodate my unique situation. They allowed me to go through the leasing process without physically being present, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. One of the standout features of this apartment complex is its fantastic location. Situated in a beautiful , quiet, and safe area, I always feel secure and at ease coming home which is a major feature for me because I live alone until my husband finds a job here. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities I needed for comfortable living. This complex even has days that food trucks visit which makes it convenient for busy people that don’t have time to cook. The affordability of the apartments was also a huge plus, especially considering Orlando rent is extremely high! What really sold me on Legends was the Manager, Natalie. She is exceptionally professional and pleasant to interact with. She consistently went out of her way to ensure all of my needs were met. Overall, my experience at this apartment complex has been nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, safe, and affordable place to call home. Thank you to the entire management team, with a special shoutout to Natalie, for making my transition to a new city a smooth and positive one.

***AVOID*** I recommend choosing elsewhere unless you want to risk developing severe health issues. I lived here for 5 years due to budget constraints and mysteriously developed countless ailments. I was young and unaware that my environment could cause such issues but the fatigue, skin rashes, tinnitus, constant sickness etc. all resolved as SOON as I moved. This place is disgusting. In my opinion there is mold in the HVAC system, mold in the AC unit, mold in the dishwasher filter and piping, everywhere. It kept coming back no matter how much I cleaned. I told the office about it and after going back and fourth they finally sent an HVAC technician out (who is biased to their company since they are in business together) and he gaslight me/refused to admit there was actual mold (even though he never tested it). They said they would have someone spray a sealant in the vents (admitting there was mold but never formally admitting it) but then they didn’t follow up with me about anything and let me live there with mold in the vents. It is also infested with roaches. They would crawl out of my drain and bathroom drawers regularly. The AC is extremely old, broke more than 15 times when I lived there, and was so inefficient that my bill was $200+ for a one bedroom that was kept on 76 degrees at all times. And there was zero circulation even with the AC on. The power there is also extremely touchy. One little storm and it goes out. The only good thing about this complex is the maintenance. They are amazing guys. THATS IT. And they are overloaded because, in my opinion, management is running an extremely outdated, unsafe, health hazard of a complex. The regular office staff is rude, snooty and there is a high turnover rate. All of the 5 star reviews are fake or from them because they get to live there at a discounted rate, trust me. I am still left with chronic health issues because I was unfortunate enough to live here so I felt it was the right thing to do to warn whoever I could. The cheap prices are not worth the potential severe health risks.

Horrible incident! I recently came by the apartment complex to get info on a apartment and overheard a woman screaming and cussing in one of the rooms. The front desk woman, I think her name is Michelle looked uncomfortable and apologized for whoever was screaming. I felt sorry for her because she was very professional and answered most of my questions despite the chaos around her. I asked a question that she wasn't sure of the answer but she said she would find out from her manager and she offered to call me with the answer. I said I could wait if she wanted to ask her manager and she said that the manager was not available but she would call me with the answer. The woman screaming in the other room got louder and I asked Michelle if that was her manager and she didn't reply but she asked if I could step out of the office and she apologized again for the incident that was taking place. If I was her, I would have packed up and left. The woman screaming sounded insane.

Legends Winter Springs is an awesome place to live. The complex is well kept, very tidy, the pool and hot tub are so beautiful. Recently a new BBQ grill was added to the pool area, the grill is so nice to use. The pool, hot tub, workout room is a wonderful way to relax and exercise. The staff has been implementing fun events, and different food trucks. The complex is quiet and a beautiful area. Definitely come and visit and take the time for the staff to show you around. Was staying here,, cause darn water company at my house in Othwr part Florida got flooded and ruined so many family albums and clothes and furniture, cause neighbors suck? But last night around 9:15 went out to my sisters car, to get gag and ne—-er kid tried to attack me?To get key and remote to car? I’m in my 70’s and husband and son now dead cause of terrible hospitals and doctors and good for nothing lawyers? Wel I punched him in face with my heavy duty ring and kicked him and good thing I didn’t have my knife, cause he be hurting today? Called police and they came with helipocators and k-Nine and 4 police cars? They will be patrolling frequently in area? To catch black punk?

I have been living at Legends for almost 3 years and enjoy every minute. The office is fantastic, they really get to know you and treat you as family. They put together fun events and even started having food trucks come! Maintenance works SO hard and attends to every need. They always find a solution to get something fixed. What people need to understand is sometimes they need to order parts so it may take longer but the issue will be resolved. They work hard in the heat and so thankful for all they do. Maintenance rocks! Thanks Legends for all you do for our family.
